Planning Your Journey, Part 1: Understanding the Road Ahead

Growing older brings changes to our bodies, our minds, and our living needs. The sooner we plan for them, the more choices we keep. In this first session of our two-part series, we'll talk openly and practically about what to expect, so you can make decisions on your own terms instead of in a crisis.
